I honestly wouldn’t stay here again. The place was beautiful and location was great but for the amount we paid we expect Positive: Great location and great facilities available in the complex, including pools and a minimart. Negative: A lot went wrong in the apartment and it took a very long time for them to fix it. Communication from the company was terrible and the instructions to get there weren’t clear. The toaster caused all the power in the apartment to go out and the stove didn’t work. It took the company 3 days (into a 4 day trip) to send someone out. They kept saying “Someone will come today” and when I followed up they didn’t respond. Finally, without notice, someone showed up on our last day unannounced and we weren’t home so had to come back to open the door.

Amazing for families Positive: Close proximity with major attractions in Yas Island and the airport Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect

Needs upgrading Positive: Location Negative: Bed is really uncomfortable Needed maintenance toilet hose in cloak room leaked and on inspection had dried feaces on it. Some walls needed decoration sink in bathroom cracked shower rose broken The patio door handle outside came off Only 3 coat hangers No cleaning product, i.e., washing liquid Washing machine tablets Iron needs cleaning Garbage ? Was unable to locate in building to put out Bed at night bitten so much. I'm not sure if bed bugs definitely and finally... .Mosquitos infestation sprays in cupboard but didn't work had to buy sprays !
